Our food is inspired by my years as a teenager growing up in northern California. Visiting authentic Mexican Estancos, burrito bars and cinco de Mayo parties.(Yes lots of tequila was consumed) Our goal is to recreate the flavours and textures of these vivid and inspiring culinary experiences.
